I am writing to express my serious concern about yet another instance in which my comment was rejected for allegedly violating community standards. I feel compelled to formally lodge a complaint and would like to navigate through your complaints procedure.

On Thursday, May 12, 2026, I shared my thoughts in response to an article titled “The BBC has let down LGBT+ views – I won’t forgive them.” I believe my contribution was valuable and relevant, and I would like to understand why it was dismissed. Thank you for addressing this matter.

I was thrilled to see that my comment had garnered several likes! However, I was taken aback when I received an email today stating that it had been rejected and removed. It’s disheartening to see a newspaper like yours not championing freedom of speech. After all, protecting diverse opinions is a cornerstone of quality journalism!

I was genuinely shocked by the show ‘I Kissed a Boy’ from the very start and felt compelled to reach out to the BBC to express my concerns. The portrayal of a woman identifying as a gay man is not only disrespectful but misleading for young gay men who might watch this program. It sends the troubling message that they should consider women who merely claim to be gay men as potential partners, which is simply unacceptable.

I find it deeply offensive that my perspective has been dismissed. This situation is not just a minor issue; it strikes at the heart of what it means to represent the gay community accurately and respectfully. If we can recognise the outrage that would ensue if someone appeared in blackface, why is my concern for ‘gay men’s face’ dismissed so easily?

I urge you to reconsider your decision, reinstate my comment, and issue an apology. Everyone deserves to have their voice heard, especially when it concerns their identity and representation on such a public platform.

Stonewall's staff were left reeling when CEO Simon Blake delivered the grim news during an all-hands Teams call: a staggering 50% of the workforce would be laid off due to a major 'restructuring' within the charity. The staff was described as 'shellshocked,' as employees grappled with the sudden reality of the situation.

Blake referenced Donald Trump's decision to cut foreign aid as part of the financial turmoil, but the roots of the crisis run much deeper. Stonewall, once a celebrated advocate for LGB rights, has faced growing backlash over its stance on transgender ideology. Many individuals from the very LGB population that the organisation claims to support are turning their backs on it.

Stonewall’s controversial Diversity Champions Scheme faces a notable exodus. One by one, every single major government department has stepped back, expressing concerns over Stonewall's influence on policies shaping Whitehall. This trend isn't just limited to the corridors of power; prominent institutions like the BBC, Channel 4, Ofsted, and several top law firms have also reevaluating their ties to the charity’s workplace programs citing value for money.

Stonewall has been allocated a total of £570,000 from American taxpayers, translating to an average of approximately £192,000 annually. With a workforce of 114 employees, the financial landscape raises questions. If we take £191,759 a year and divide it among 57 salaries, it reveals an unlikely annual shortfall of about £3,364 per employee. The bigger picture is clear, Stonewall is in decline, and this significant 50% layoff was inevitable.

I’m absolutely thrilled to hear that the Queensland government has made the decision to suspend all new prescriptions for chemically castrating puberty blockers to minors!

It honestly baffles me that kids were ever given access to such powerful, life-altering medications in the first place. What were they thinking?

As an ex-customer, I find it unbelievable and deeply unprofessional the behaviour of this small London theatre!

Forcing children to believe a lie is damaging to our children and is nothing less than child abuse.

Science and biology very clearly state that people are born male or female and there is no evidence ever presented that people can actually change sex and thus all trans women are men.

Facebook is not only denying my freedom of speech but not allowing me to correct a dangerous lie that is being spouted out by the so-called Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau.
